Brief list of some things I am looking forward to in 2015.
January
Kelly Clarkson – A single in January with a “major male star” and promises of a new album.
The Mime Order – Second book in the “Bone Season” series.
February
Better Call Saul – Breaking Bad fans don’t need to wait any longer, as the spin-off finally hits AMC.
Winter
Community – Season 6, of a show often cancelled, and just as often brought back, will return on Yahoo Screen at some point. #SixSeasonsAndAMovie
March
Avengers: Age of Ultron – What’s that? More Marvel? Yes please.
Insurgent – Second movie in the Divergent trilogy of books. The first movie got me hooked on the series, this one should up that intensity a notch.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt – This Netflix show, starring Ellie Kemper, and created by Tina Fey, will have a huge following even before the Pilot.
May
Pitch Perfect 2 – A sequel to a popular movie, which has a lot of room for growth. Add to that Elizabeth Banks directorial debut, and this should be a fun ride!
June
Inside Out – Pixar’s latest hit looks amazing (in case I didn’t make that clear already 🙂 ).
Ted 2 – Seth MacFarlane + Mark Wahlberg, all over again? Need I say more?
October
The Jungle Book – Redone by Iron Man director Jon Favreau, starring Bill Murray (Baloo) and Christopher Walken (King Louie). I’m excited for that Murray “Bare Necessities”.
November
007: Spectre – Daniel Craig returns as Bond, James Bond, for maybe one final time?
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 – The final movie, of four, based on a trilogy of books. If it’s as good as the first movies, this one will be spectacular.
December
Star Wars: The Force Awakens – Episode VII in a long awaited series.
Unknown Dates
Daredevil – Another Marvel Show, this one on Netflix “sometime in 2015” will help solidify a great timeline already set up by Marvel.
Ellie Goulding – Rumors of a third studio album.
Fergie – New album sometime this year.
Florence + The Machine – New album sometime this year.
Gwen Stefani – A new solo album “Spark The Fire” sometime this year.
No Doubt – Rumors of Stefani also doing a new No Doubt album sometime this year.
