Aviously

Because, aviously…

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is a new comedy on Netflix written by Tina Fey and starring Ellie Kemper.

Trapped in a bunker by a preacher in Indiana for 15 years, and being told the world had ended and only the stupid have survived, is only the start to Kimmy Schmidt’s life as a “former mole women”. After being freed she turns to New York City and tries to find her way in the world.

Moving in with a black gay roommate and a crazy landlord who is always snooping Kimmy tries to adapt to a world she is unfamiliar with…as it no longer is 1998.

“Are you into Molly?” “Am I!? She’s my favorite American Girl doll!!”

From dancing in the “Friends” fountain in Central Park to appearances from Dean Norris, Nick Kroll and Jon Hamm this show is hilarious from start to finish.

Definitely earns itself a 9.5 out of 10.
