Tallulah is a Netflix Original Movie starring Ellen Page, Allison Janney, Tammy Blanchard and Uzo Aduba.
Tallulah (Page) is a girl living out of her van who starts sneaking around a hotel in New York City to get free food and stumbles upon a drunk mother (Blanchard) with her one-year-old child.
She gets offered a job watching the kid, and with the newfound responsibilities she tries to do right with the kid and takes it as her own (unbeknownst to the mother).
Tallulah tries to have her (ex)boyfriends mother, Margo (Janney), take her in for the night, making her believe she’s the grandmother.
Margo meanwhile is going through her own life crisis’ of divorce and possible eviction from her apartment.
This movie is a nice mix of funny, a girl learning about motherhood, and the drama of living life as a drifter.
Overall it gets an 8 out of 10.
