Now You See Me 2 is the sequel to Now You See Me (2013) and adds Lizzy Caplan and Daniel Radcliffe to an already star-studded cast of Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman and Woody Harrelson.
The magicians, out of the spotlight and avoiding the FBI for years, all while the Horseman’s leader has stayed in his original job and under the radar, are back after being exposed at their first appearance in years.
With the addition of a new Horseman (Caplan) and the return of a few dead(?) characters, this slight-of-hand/quick trick group, with the intention of exposing people for the crimes they’ve committed, is a fun follow-up to the original.
This movie continues the trend of the first one with a 7.5 out of 10.
